Laugh Every Day

The Healthy Monday tip this week prescribed laughter for good health.  They are not wrong.  In 2009 a study by cardiologists at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore found that an active sense of humor helped protect you against a heart attack.  It said that people with heart disease were 40 percent less likely to laugh in a variety of situations.
